Yes, a 2-headed piccolo. This Tempest Agility Winds Piccolo not only has it all, but now with “2” Piccolo headjoints. The Body is hand made from a composite of grenadilla and nylon resin, as this new material is impervious to temperature and humidity. There is no worry of cracking and intonation is much more stable. Then we add French pointed keys and adjust the piccolo to cover on every note securely. You now can play a piccolo in any place in any style you choose.
The primary headjoint is our “Bulb” Model, which has a high-rise embouchure. It allows tremendous air focus and thus gives a resonant, warm sound. The 2nd headjoint is our “Silver Bullet” Model, which has a bright, brilliant projection for outdoor and marching settings.
The French style case has a space for both headjoints. We put the case into a beautiful zippered fleece lined case cover. The entire is instrument is covered with a 5-year warranty as well.
